Board Check-In & Parking
Complimentary parking is available in the parking garage next to the DoubleTree. When you enter the hotel lobby, please look for a Care Alliance staff member to escort you to the event space and registration where you will receive your table assignment, meal ticket, and parking voucher.
We ask that all Care Alliance Board Members and Executive Team Members arrive by 11:45am in order to pose for a group photo prior to the main program. Please dress in blue or black business attire in order to maintain consistency for future web and marketing communications.
Staff Check-In & Parking
Complimentary parking is available in the parking garage next to the DoubleTree. Parking vouchers will be distributed to Care Alliance employees at checkout following the all staff meeting. Staff can access the hotel lobby from the parking garage or through the main entrance. Once inside, please look for Care Alliance staff to escort you to the event space for check-in and registration. Name tags, meal tickets, and assigned seating will be provided at check-in.
Following the Annual Meeting, we will have a brief intermission before we begin the All-Staff Meeting. During the intermission, Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health Providers will be asked to pose for professional head shots if deemed necessary. Additionally, all staff will be asked to pose for a group photo with the photographer at this time. In order to stay on schedule, we ask that all staff remain in the hotel during the intermission.
